My Today's Workout...



Today's workout was really hard.I used 5 pound weights in each hand.

Workout: 
  • 5 mins cardio warm up
  • 25 mins  HIIT routine
  • 20 mins strength training
  • 10 mins Abs
  • 5 mins Cool down.

....Stay Fit....
