Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes without Flour...


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
Method:
  • Put oats in blender and blend it until became flour like.
  • Mix oat flour, salt,baking powder,sugar,cinnamon.
  • Combine egg and milk in a separate bowl and mix it well.
  • Pour the liquid mixture into dry mixture and mix it .
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a nonstick pan and spray olive oil.
  • when hot, pour 1/4 cup batter into pan.
  • Cook both the sides until lightly browned.
  • Serve with fresh fruits.
