Fitness Tip

Today is Fitness Tip day..


When lifting heavy weights,avoid jerking or sudden pulling movements as this can cause injuries to your muscles. Always lift weight smoothly.

  3. Hey Deepti! Yeah I know what you mean with lifting heavy weights. It's a bit tricky and maybe dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. But it definitely gives you results.
