Health Tip

Today is Health Tip day
Thyme and garlic have antibiotic properties, and have been used to treat infections caused by bacteria, viruses and parasites for generations. Cloves of crushed garlic were often provided to wounded soldiers on the battlefield to prevent infection.  Add these spices as often as possible to everyday foods for increased health.
