Fitness Tip

Today is Fitness Tip day


 Pre-workout snack is important

Having an energy bar before the gym can actually pump up your energy, as all those bars are rich in fiber and sugar. If you're very hungry , you can have a banana instead which is digested super quickly and will also provide the necessary energy.
