My Today's workout...



  • 5 mins warmup
  • 50 straight crunches
  • 50 side crunches
  • 100 high knees
  • 70 jumping jacks
  • 100 high knees
  • 60 squats
  • 100 high knees
  • 40 lunge jumps
  • 100 high knees
  • 10 high knees 10 mountain climbers (3sets)
  • 100 high knees
  • water break
  • 60 secs plank
  • 100 high knees
  • 15 jump up burpees
  • 100 high knees
  • 15 push-ups
  • 100 high knees
  • 20 triceps dips
  • 100 high knees
  • water break
  • 50 straight crunches
  • 100 high knees
  • 25 V-abs left and right
  • 100 high knees
  • 7 mins stretching
  • ....Stay Fit....





Killing but effective and sorry for not posting previous workouts...
