My Today's Cardio


  • 5 mins warmup
  • 100 crunches
  • 80 jumping jacks
  • 50 lunge jumps
  • 80 squats
  • 60 secs running in same place
  • 60 sec plank
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • water break
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 50 squats
  • 70 high knees
  • 15 pushups
  • 20 standing abs
  • 50 high knees
  • 15 Tricep dips
  • 50 crunches
  • 7 mins stretching
  • ....Stay Fit....
