Fitness Tip

                                                             Today is Fitness tip day...
Do not stick to one fitness routine. Change the routine after every 2 to 4 weeks.If you change routine, your body will have to work harder and so you will get more results.Add something        new in your workouts so you don't get bored and lazy.
