Fitness Tip

Today is Fitness Tip day
 

Benefits of Exercising during Winter:
  • Exercising in the cold burns more calories because you need to move faster and constantly to remain warm
  • Exercise can help keep cold and flu at bay, provided you don't overdo it.

  1. great tip. I would add that it's important to warm up inside before going for an outdoor run when the temps dip below 0 degrees!
