Today is Health Tip day


Eating muesli at breakfast is very healthy.Muesli contains whole oats, nuts, fruits, and wheat flakes, which provides all round nutrition.It has less sugar and calories than most breakfast cereals.It is also high in fiber and whole grains, which regulate the digestive system and they are filling and can help in weight control.
