Fitness Tip

Today is Fitness Tip day

 Running is one of the most efficient ways to burn calories. Run at least three times per week for 30 minutes.You burn approx 100-150 calories per mile.It reduces stress and strengthens your immune system and muscles.

  8. Hadn't tried running for that long duration, only jogging but only during high school days. Now I need to bring back that routine, though I'm skinny and I think don't need to burn calories haha.
