Health Tip

Today is Health Tip day

The oils in ginger have made it a useful herbal remedy for nasal and chest congestion.Take 2 cups of boiling water,add 1-inch piece of peeled and grated ginger and keep it for 5 mins then strain and drink.if you want you can add honey in it too.
