Basic Cardio
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 1 Star Jump
  • 100 March in place
  • 10 Speed Skaters
  • 4 Lunges
  • 1 Burpee
  • 30 Jog in place
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 High Knees
  • Plank as long as you can do
  • ....Stay Fit....
