- 5 mins warmup
- 50 straight crunches
- 50 side crunches
- 10 high knees 10 mountain climbers (3sets)
- 60 secs plank
- 15 jump up burpees
- push-up then jump to the left side close to elbow, jump back to the center and then jump to the right and repeat ( did 10 times)
- 50 double crunches by bringing knees simultaneously
- 25 V-abs left and right each
- 40 abdominal twists
- 7 mins stretching
- ....Stay Fit....
