You can either drink smoothies first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or can have as a snack.

- Take a blender.
- Put one orange or strawberry
- Put one cup of chopped Kale
- Slice of a pineapple
- Squeeze a lemon.
- An apple
- one cup of Spinach
- water as much as the consistency you want.
- Blend it well.
- Drink it.
- ....Stay Healthy....
