Tuesday Cardio:



  • Jumping Ropes
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Running on place
  • Squat Jumps
  • Mountain Climbers
  • High Knees
  • Squat Jumps
  • Running on place
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Jumping Ropes

Do each exercise for 60 secs. and do as many reps as you can and write them.
Repeat 1-6 times (depending on your fitness level)
Take rest for 1 minute after finishing each routine (not each exercise)
